Victoria has a restaurant background by training and graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Her passion for food led her to a career in the grocery industry. Her career has spanned ownership over merchandising strategy instore and online in both Center Store and Perishables departments. She currently is head of the Meat & Seafood merchandising program for Whole Foods Market nationally. Her passion for meat stems from her commitment to animal welfare, sustainable sourcing, and driving product innovation in the department.
