You can also register and pay for two people from the same FMI retailer member company, then email register@fmi.org with the names of the two paid attendees (or multiples of two), along with the name, title, and email address of the complimentary attendee(s). We will process the complimentary registration and send a confirmation email.

For purposes of AMC registration:

A retailer is an employee of a retail business that sells a wide range of grocery-related products directly to consumers. To meet this definition, the retailer must offer multiple categories of grocery items, not just a single product type such as meat. AMC will qualify all registration rates. To confirm eligibility, email register@fmi.org.

Examples of qualifying retail environments include:

  • Traditional Grocery Stores
  • Convenience Stores
  • Warehouse Clubs
  • Specialty Food Stores
  • Online Grocery Retailers
  • Mass Merchants

A Word of Caution: Annual Meat Conference and its official vendors do not sell attendee information under any circumstances. Companies or groups offering such lists are not affiliated with FMI / Meat Institute or AMC in any way and cannot possibly have accurate attendee data. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI / Meat Institute for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.


Cancellation Policy: Please notify the registrar in writing by e-mail to register@fmi.org. A refund, minus a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by January 16, 2026. No refunds after January 16, 2026. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty, before a badge is picked up. AMC reserves the right to qualify registration rates and invoice refunds or remaining due balances. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with hotel reservation instructions. The confirmation will also provide details on making changes or cancellations.
