Booth Rate: $49.00 per square foot (members only)
Booth Sizes: 120 square feet or larger
Space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis for exhibitors that submit both the completed application and payment/deposit. If the location preferences provided are not available at the time of booth selection, and the designated representative of the company is not available to discuss alternatives, space assignments will be made by the Meat Institute in keeping with the other preferences specified. The Meat Institute reserves the right to determine all space assignments in the best interest of the conference.
Exhibitor move-in will first be available starting Saturday, February 28 at 1PM and must be completed by Tuesday, March 3 at 10:00AM. The exhibit hall is open to attendees on Tuesday, March 3 from 11:45AM to 5:00PM. Exhibitor move-out will begin at 5:00PM on Tuesday, March 3 and must be completed by 10:00AM on Wednesday, March 4.
