How Booth Assignments Work
Space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis for exhibitors that submit both the completed application and payment/deposit. If the location preferences provided are not available at the time of booth selection, and the designated representative of the company is not available to discuss alternatives, space assignments will be made by the Meat Institute in keeping with the other preferences specified. The Meat Institute, however, reserves the right to determine all space assignments in the best interest of the conference.
