Your Registration Options

Choose the registration category that best aligns with your primary role in the meat industry. Categories include Retailer, Supplier/Manufacturer, Exhibitor, Academia, Government, and Allied Industry. Each category is designed to ensure the correct pricing, level of access, and overall conference experience based on your business type. To request a media pass, please email amc@fmi.org.

FMI and Meat Institute members receive preferred pricing, which is automatically applied during registration. Special discounts are also available for first-time attendees, making it easier to experience AMC for the first time. Retail teams can take advantage of a Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer to support broader team participation and learning. Group registration is available, allowing multiple colleagues to register in one streamlined transaction.

Where will AMC 2026 be held?

The conference is taking place at the Gaylord National Harbor Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.

How do I book a hotel room?

After registering, you’ll receive access to the discounted hotel booking link.

Are discounted rooms available?

Discounted rooms are available for AMC for registered AMC attendees, and they’re first-come, first-served.

Is the Gaylord venue accessible?

The Gaylord has ADA-compliant rooms and services available.

Which airports are nearby?

When traveling to AMC, Reagan National (DCA) is the closest Airport; BWI is also a strong option. Dulles (IAD) Airport is an option, but you do need to look carefully at your options for getting to the Gaylord.

Is parking available?

On-site paid parking for AMC is available at the Gaylord.

AMC is co-hosted by FMI—The Food Industry Association—and the Meat Institute.

What accessibility accommodations are available?

You may request accommodations during registration or by contacting the AMC team.

Will AMC sessions be recorded?

AMC Sessions are not recorded and only available live, on-site. Selected presentations are made available on the conference app to attendees.

How can I make the most of my time in the AMC Exhibit Hall?

The AMC Exhibit Hall is open on Tuesday, March 3, from 11:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Plan ahead by reviewing the exhibitor list, identifying booths you want to visit, and pacing your time. With sampling, demos, and new technology on display, it’s easy to lose track of time—so prioritize what matters most to your business.

What is the Networking Luncheon?

The Networking Luncheon is a popular AMC tradition that blends meaningful peer connections with expert-led learning, supported by programming from the Women’s Meat Industry Network (WMIN). It is open to all full-conference attendees; however, space fills up quickly each year, so we recommend reserving your seat in advance.
