James Mowcomber has been the corporate chef for Heinen’s, a family-owned high-end grocery store based in northeast Ohio for 11 years. Prior to Heinen’s, James spent 15 years in fine dining kitchens such as Michael Symon’s Lola and Lolita in Cleveland, as well as Peninsula Grill in Charleston South Carolina. James is a graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary school and has a passion for food and cooking going back to childhood.
